Current students qualify for $100 off their registration. To receive this discount, email from your student account and attach proof of current enrollment. The student promo code will be emailed to you.

Non-Profit Discounts

Non-profit organizations receive 40% OFF the Brand+Aid rate. A copy of your 501(c)3 status determination letter from the IRS must be on file to qualify for the discounted rate. Please email the IRS determination letter to to secure your non-profit promo code. 


Payment can be made by any major credit card via PayPal, or you may select "Offline Payment" if you prefer to pay by check. Please make your check payable to "City of Arlington Parks and Recreation" and include "Brand+Aid" and the attendee's name on the memo line. Timely payment must be received in order to hold your place for the conference. Checks should be sent to:
